Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances.
If you received a defective product or an error was made on our part, contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. Defective items may be replaced.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of VendorBazaar. The refund amount may be reduced after deducting two-way shipping and service costs. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
