Usage Instructions

• Apply adhesive on one edge surface of plywood, MDF, or particle board
• Spread glue uniformly using a spreader, knife, or spatula
• Join PVC edge banding or sheet and apply uniform pressure
• Remove excess glue gently using a cloth or cotton
• Press the joint manually for 2–5 minutes
• Use masking tape to hold the joint firmly in place
• Initial bond strength is achieved within 4–6 hours
• Full bond strength develops after 24 hours at room temperature
• For faster results (within 1 hour):
  • Wrap the edge with a thick cotton cloth
  • Apply heat using an iron for 1 minute
  • Repeat the process 4–5 times
