Recommended Method of Application

• Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from oil or grease
• Apply a thin layer on one surface using brush, roller, spatula, or nozzle applicator
• Assemble parts and allow to set (initial set within 30 minutes)
• During curing, adhesive expands to fill gaps and rough surfaces
• Firmly clamp substrates; strong bond achieved in 2–3 hours
• Full strength achieved after 24 hours at room temperature
• Evaluate bonding performance on substrates before large-scale application
• Clean excess adhesive with mineral spirit or acetone when wet; sand or scrape when dry
